Dongfeng Warranty FAQs

The 6-year / 200,000km warranty covers most major vehicle components against manufacturing or material defects under normal driving conditions. This includes parts and labour for authorised repairs.

The 8-year / 200,000km battery warranty applies to the high-voltage battery in Dongfeng electric vehicles, covering defects in materials or workmanship and ensuring optimal performance throughout the warranty period.

Yes. The remaining balance of the warranty transfers automatically to the next owner, increasing the resale value of your vehicle.

Items not covered include wear-and-tear parts (e.g., tyres, brake pads, wiper blades), misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, and damage from lack of maintenance.

Yes. To maintain your warranty, servicing must be carried out according to Dongfeng's recommended schedule at authorised Dongfeng service centres.
